As a Foodtour guide at Foodeez, I lead culinary tours through Lille for groups of 2 to 20 people, primarily in English. These experiences consist of six stops at partner restaurants, bars, and cafes, to showcase the city's gastronomic and cultural richness. My role involves enthusiastically telling the story of Lille, creating a friendly and interactive atmosphere, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for an international audience. This position allows me to develop my skills in communication, group leadership, public speaking, and customer relations.

• Coordinate a team of 8 members and over 30 volunteers

• Manage the logistics of over 200 product packages

• Oversee the creation of an online platform with integrated payment and automated address collection

• Ensure budget, inventory, and schedule tracking

• Participate in various tasks on residential construction sites

• Quickly integrate into teams and gain the trust of site managers

• Perform autonomous tasks and assume increasing responsibilities

• Develop rigor, a sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
