My areas of expertise:

📌 Cybersecurity: I have taken on both technical and functional roles, participating in the end-to-end recovery of a large company that suffered a cyber attack.

Technical: Scheduling actions on AD and AAD as well as SCCM for compliance.

Transformation: Prioritizing MVP restarts, compliance, user support, and reporting to the Executive Committee.

📌 Transformation: I have overseen projects for replacing and migrating IT tools for large groups, proposing action plans and improvement strategies (in O365 and Google environments). I have championed cloudification initiatives for security, optimization, and compliance purposes.

📌 IT Team and Project Management: With strong knowledge in various project management methodologies, I have delivered several cross-functional projects from conception to deployment, ensuring post-production monitoring. I have also supported users in their transition to new environments to ensure the sustainability of change management.

📌 Agility (SCRUM): Adaptability has been key to meeting business needs and compliance standards. (Less than 6 months to fully restore the IT system after the cyber attack)

📌 International Experience: I am bilingual in English (with some Spanish) and have worked with sites in Europe, the USA, North Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
