"The meaning of life is discovered through serving others"

This maxim precisely summarizes my way of thinking, and therefore of working.

I believe that work must have meaning, and that this meaning is to serve others: one's company, of course, but also one's colleagues, clients, and the public.

Through all the companies where I have had the pleasure of working, I have therefore focused on understanding the tasks incumbent upon me and those of my department, in order to simplify, clarify, and process them. This case management frees up a lot of time for the team and allows them to concentrate on complex tasks.

The projects I have led so far are diverse: updating databases, developing steering tools, analyzing processes, optimizing methods, drafting inter-ministerial strategies that involve all territories, with researchers, politicians, administrations, decentralized services, and companies.

But the final desired effect is the same: **to facilitate everyone's work**. It is naturally that I practice audit and consulting: **analyzing, supporting, and proposing are part of my DNA**.
