I have had the opportunity to work with Paula on an Odoo Digitization project in an international environment with 9 subsidiaries and 8 different currencies. Paula is a very executive and senior person, with an understanding of the project that has allowed monitoring the different states of the project and its needs. She is a senior professional with great project management skills, with agile methodology. She has coordinated the project very well and connected with the different stakeholders and with the tool consultant. She has a high degree of interaction at all levels, in all layers of the company and connects with the local and strategic needs of the project. She is very organized and meets the set times, if there is a deviation, she proposes solutions in order to execute a plan and reduce any deviation as much as possible.
