My work methodology
Upon receiving the vacancies with their respective job descriptions from the client, an evaluation of the job requirements and what is offered to the candidate (salary, work modality, benefits, among others) will be carried out.
Once evaluated, a confirmation with the assigned vacancies will be sent.
Candidate sourcing will be carried out and subsequently, they will be interviewed, informing them of the company name, job functions, contractual conditions, salary range, and the selection process.
The CV of the candidate will be sent to the client attached with an interview report. A response will be requested from the client as soon as possible, regarding whether they will interview the presented candidate.
Weekly, an email will be sent with the follow-up of candidates in process and updates on the selection process will be requested.
