My name is Paula and I am a specialist in Psychomarketing & Business growth and Digital project manager. My job is to see what is not yet perceived. I describe myself as an observant, creative, somewhat stubborn, constant, intense person and Tremendously curious and eager for knowledge!

I have lived in Lisbon and Liverpool.

My professional journey began in a law firm where I did my internship. In my year as an intern, I learned the importance of time and respect for the client. A year later, I moved to England to obtain the C1 level and to experience firsthand what it is like to work in another country. For a year, I worked in the financial department of a technology company. That year was crucial for knowing today what is essential in the creation of a company. With a diploma in hand and one year of work experience, I said goodbye to Liverpool and started at Banco Santander as a business segment manager. In 2017, I was offered the opportunity to work as an agile facilitator in Agile consulting as a collaborator, and it was there that I realized the great importance of the team in day-to-day work. Currently, I am a Growth Digital Project Manager, Growth hacker funnel, and systems specialist, for more than 6 years, working with infoproduct creators like Miquel Baixas, in Digital & Advertising Agencies like Imagen, and for Startups like Sloowy App or 8belts. I firmly believe in social evolution, in the continuous improvement of the self, and in the fact that every day counts.
