I am a Solution Architect who has journeyed from hands-on medical technology to the strategic architecture of national non-profit healthcare systems. This journey has taught me that the best technical solutions emerge when you understand both the workbench and the C-level.

What drives me is the conviction that technology must serve people – not the other way around. That's why I approach every project systematically: First, I understand the problem, then the people who have to work with it, and only then do I develop the technical solution.

My approach combines proven methods like Domain-Driven Design and Event Storming with modern technologies like AI and cloud infrastructures. I don't believe in universal solutions – every problem needs the right architecture. Event-driven systems are powerful for complex, asynchronous processes, but not every system needs events. Sometimes a simple REST API is the better choice.

In team leadership, I focus on transparency and shared understanding. Architecture is teamwork. The best decisions arise when all stakeholders understand why we are doing something in a particular way. That's why I invest a lot of time in Event Storming workshops and architecture documentation according to arc42.

What particularly fulfills me is working on systems that truly make a difference. Whether it's national healthcare standards for millions of patients or secure infrastructures for critical business processes – I enjoy working where quality and reliability allow no compromises.

My conviction: Good architecture arises from methodical approaches, clear communication, and the courage to find the right solution for the specific problem – not the trendiest one.
