Cybersecurity Project Manager

Project: Securing Exchange Online Messaging & M365 Tools / Securing APIs.

To meet its business, technical, and security needs, Bouygues Telecom wanted to launch two projects:

1. Strengthen the security of its messaging and Microsoft/Office 365 services, with a deadline of the end of 2023.

2. Secure its APIs through an inventory tool, reinforce its WAFs and APIGEE, and choose a behavioral analysis and scanning tool.

In this context, Bouygues Telecom entrusted me with both projects.

We launched 3 workstreams for the first project and 4 workstreams for the second project:

Project 1: Securing Exchange Online Messaging & M365 Tools

• C1: Study, selection, and implementation of an anti-malware, anti-phishing, and anti-spam solution for Exchange Online and M365 services, as well as consideration of ancillary needs: DLP, specific M365 detection, configuration review, cybersecurity awareness, and phishing campaign.

• C2: DMARC Authentication.

• C3: Hardening of configurations following a Microsoft audit.

Project 2: Securing APIs.

• C1: API Inventory.

• C2: WAF Reinforcement

• C3: APIGEE Reinforcement.

• C4: Study of a scanning and behavioral analysis tool.

My responsibilities:

• Define and manage build and run projects for security solutions.

• Define project scope: security objectives, deliverables, budget, task organization, necessary resources, and schedule.

• Oversee tender phases, manage solution evaluation and selection, and monitor contracting.

Unite business project owners around the project's security objectives.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary operational project teams through weekly project committees.

• Formalize and monitor the action plan and schedule.

• Anticipate and monitor project-related risks and propose solutions to address deviations from set objectives.

• Produce and communicate a concise weekly report.

• Report progress in steering committee meetings.

Environment: Trend Micro, ProofPoint, Zscaler, Microsoft EOP, API, Crowdstrike.

Project: Cybersecurity Sourcing Program for the Cybersecurity Department of a major hotel group.

Sourcing and Recruitment of Cybersecurity profiles as part of a transformation and reinforcement program for the cybersecurity department. (Pentester, Application Security Engineer, Cybersecurity Experts, Deputy CISO, PCI/DSS Auditor, across the 4 entities of the cybersecurity department. Application of technical and functional tests. Management of the relationship with the CISO and entity managers.

Management of contracts with the HR department.

Monitoring the integration of resources within the departments.

Planning, Committee Management, Reporting, Reviews.
