Based on data from the proteome and microbiome, I monitored pathologies to detect markers of disease progression in various therapeutic areas (aging, bone repair, oral health, air pollution).

My analyses are accompanied by explorations of the scientific and medical literature to establish links between the data and the most likely biological mechanisms involved. This information is formulated in language adapted to the client and is directly transferable, where applicable, to the laboratory or patients.
