Acting as a Sub Project Manager for lighting and entertainment systems in an international large-scale shipbuilding project (total volume €2.5 billion). Responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of basic and detailed design, as well as alignment between design, engineering, and production to ensure technical implementation. Managed technical-commercial analyses (TCA), assumed responsibility for SFI and space allocation, and integrated and coordinated complex technical systems (including dimming systems, owner supply). Actively managed interfaces with construction management, engineering, and external partners, project controlling, and risk management, including evaluation and implementation of ROMs (Requests for Modifications), and international communication in German and English.

Served as a consulting project manager and coach in a large-volume plant construction project (€24 million) for battery mixer systems. Provided consulting and methodological support to project management in handling complex special machine engineering projects in the automotive and battery sector. Focused on structuring project strategies, qualifying and clarifying customer requirements, supporting client communication, and moderating critical project situations. Applied de-escalation measures, on-site management, and progress and performance evaluation using DoC and Earned Value Analysis, considering the Machinery Directive and relevant standards.

Product Manager, Project Manager, and Key Account in special machine engineering with responsibility for the industrialization of a PAD tool application. Managed national and international customer projects with OEMs (including BMW, Daimler, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover) throughout the entire lifecycle. Responsible for process optimization and documentation, development and series production readiness of EOL test stands, service stands, and a robot cell for testing, demonstration, and training purposes. Controlled costs, cash flow, and quality, and implemented the Machinery Directive, including requirements, contract, and claims management.
