Patrick Loubrie

With over 20 years of IT experience, specializing in SQL development, Business Intelligence, and project management, I naturally gravitated towards agility to maximize team collaboration and success. I discovered agile practices in 2009 when I participated in my first Scrum ceremonies for complex projects. This experience quickly allowed me to understand their benefits for the organization and team efficiency.

Scrum Master since 2022, I formalized my role by guiding teams towards autonomy and continuous improvement. My background has given me a comprehensive technical and business perspective, as well as the ability to facilitate communication between technical, functional, and decision-making profiles.

I had the opportunity to work in international English-speaking teams, which allowed me to develop fluid communication in a multicultural context. Accustomed to collaborating in a hybrid mode, I am perfectly capable of maintaining a positive and productive team dynamic, whether working remotely or in person.

My experience is an asset: it gives me perspective, maturity, and the ability to calmly manage organizational or interpersonal challenges. My goal as a Scrum Master is clear: to support teams in their agile transformation, facilitate their daily work, and maximize the value delivered.
