I am an IT project manager from Eastern Switzerland and help SMEs get their digitalization initiatives off to a clean start. This means: systematically capturing requirements, finding the right implementation partners, and accompanying the project until the solution actually works in practice – not just on paper.

My focus is increasingly on the possibilities that AI and automation offer today: how companies can meaningfully automate repetitive processes, where AI tools bring real added value – and where they don't. Many SMEs know they should do something, but don't know where to start. That's exactly where I help.
