The implementation of this application has saved at least 1 man-day per week, resulted in significant savings (working time, etc.), and simplified the various steps.

Information Systems Department

The mission began with a complete overhaul of the obsolete IT system.

- Server replacement,

- Workstation replacement

- Network (LAN) overhaul

- Renegotiation of contracts (printers, network access, etc.)

Particular attention was paid to the necessary budget: While all network core equipment (servers, switches, etc.) was purchased new, recycled equipment (generally 3-year-old equipment with warranty!) was preferred for workstations. This allowed, within a global budget lower than forecast, to have improved workstations for end-users and thus gain everyone's buy-in for the change.

- Creation of a parallel 4G network to compensate for ADSL deficiencies (<3Mbs) and enable the creation of remote work stations during the Covid confinement periods.
