A new mixed Notes Domino/Exchange team was thus formed, but it faced issues related to the near-total absence of documentation and a significant backlog of incident/request tickets. While needing to clear this backlog, manage numerous new tickets, and ensure the platform's operational maintenance, this team was also asked to actively participate in the migration project.My Role:• Technical support and administration referent for the Notes Domino environment (messaging and collaborative applications)• Coordinator of the Messaging-Collaborative Tools team for incident and request ticket management• Continuous Improvement: managing relationships with other support teams/writing procedures and guidelines, incident management• Representing the team in incident follow-up meetings and critical incident management.Approach:• Gathering information through workshops and reverse engineering, then presenting it in the form of documentation, procedures, and guidelines• Organizing, leading, and monitoring synchronization meetings with the various IT teams• Leading the team to ensure communication and solidarity during this period of 100% remote work.
