Revenue Management Specialist, I assist independent hotels, hotel groups, guesthouses, and rental property owners in optimizing their revenue. Through an adapted and dynamic pricing structure, combined with a strong understanding of the market, I can predict days with high demand to sell rooms at the highest possible rate. I was a Project Manager for the development of Revenue Management software for a group of 15 hotels for 2 years (2 days/week), where I was responsible for defining the specifications with clients, selecting external providers for technical development (Qlik), as well as monitoring and executing the implementation plan, operational launch, and user training.

Furthermore, to ensure a significant volume of sales, I ensure the hotel is well-visible and distributed across all platforms. The distribution strategy involves activating all levers that will make the hotel known. However, it will also be necessary to encourage customers to book directly on the hotel's website to reduce distribution costs and dependence on OTAs. To achieve this, the hotel must guarantee to always offer the best direct rate.

Today, I train and teach Revenue Management techniques in several Hotel Management Schools to educate future Yield Managers.
