Patrick Bohmert

I am Patrick Bohmert, an electrical engineer with a hands-on career that combines technical implementation, process understanding, and system thinking. After my training as a mechatronics technician, I gained broad experience in mechanical and plant engineering, both in assembly and maintenance, as well as in electrical design.

Since 2016, my focus has been on hardware engineering with EPLAN – including database maintenance, macro development, export automation, and the introduction of EPLAN add-ons. In my role as Assistant Team Lead at PROBAT, I was also responsible for global EPLAN standards, central data maintenance, and the development of company-wide workflows.

With Tech-Twin, I support companies as a freelancer in planning electrical engineering projects, developing efficient CAE processes, and standardizing technical data landscapes – professionally, solution-oriented, and with a system.
