Creation of the consulting company DOUBLECO, whose purpose is to help VSEs/SMEs develop their business by optimizing sales and/or expenses.

For 17 years, I worked at the Vélizy R&D center in positions with a strong economic impact: 1/ Optimizing the cost prices of vehicles in development and preparing technical policy committees from 2003 to 2006 2/ Optimizing the cost prices of vehicles in series production from 2006 to 2010 3/ Managing and animating the R&D performance plan from 2011 to 2015: defining various change projects, assisting in roadmap construction, project monitoring, and evaluating associated gains. Direct management of projects on reducing overhead costs and optimizing technical diversity. 4/ Central management of PSA Group's global R&D expenses from 2016 to July 2020; medium-term plans, budgets, annual forecasts, and actuals. Integration of Opel Vauxhall R&D and new R&D centers in Morocco and India.

For fifteen years, I worked in two very large mechanical factories; I held various positions there under the direct responsibility of the factory director: 1/ Economic Manager of the Metz-Borny gearbox factory from 1988 to 1992 2/ Internal Quality Assurance Manager of the Trémery engine factory from 1992 to 1996 (relations with the quality departments of the final assembly plants, conformity control of purchased parts, quality audits). 3/ Production Manager for gearboxes in Metz Borny from 1997 to 2002 (final assembly and machining of aluminum parts), maintenance of associated production equipment, and factory methods for the sector. Operational responsibility for approximately 700 people; production of 5,000 gearboxes/day. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing (5S, TPM, alternative logistics, field tours...).
