I am a Project Manager (+ 15 years of experience) certified in Scrum Master (Agile) project management methods, Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner, PMP (in progress), ITIL Foundation IT Service Management, and digital marketing fundamentals.

I help my clients in their digital transformation projects for their activities:

- Design and Development of E-Commerce Web and Mobile Applications.

- Definition, development, and implementation of a Digital Strategy, action plan, KPI performance analysis, and mobile application market watch.

- UX/UI Design: creation of Mobile interfaces in the form of mockups, user experience analysis.

Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Internal Audit and Management Control (BAC + 5). I have proven experience as an IT System Consultant / Project Manager (~15 years), managing functional, technical, and cross-functional projects, methodologies (requirements engineering, consulting) within the SAP ecosystem.

Currently, I am pursuing a degree (BAC +3/4) in iOS Application Designer and Developer.

Therefore, I believe I have the experience and skills required to perform the role of Digital Project Manager within a team (Agencies or Startups), to undertake missions in design and development, facilitation, coordination, management, and monitoring of mobile application projects (iOS), creation of mobile interfaces in the form of mockups and user experience analysis, definition and implementation of mobile marketing strategy, analysis of performance indicators, mobile application market watch, and to propose new features.

My interest in mobile applications, connected objects, and my desire to contribute to this digital transformation are assets that will enable me to meet expectations.
