    o Piloted the implementation of an MDM EBX5 solution to centralize retirement business repositories and build a unique repository (Golden Record) for policyholders.
    o Modeled the data lifecycle (creation, modification, merging, closure) and defined metadata associated with repositories.
    o Designed MDM workflows (validation, control, anomaly management) in conjunction with retirement business processes.

    o Defined the repository quality plan (quality strategy, criteria, rules, Key Quality Indicators) focused on the reliability of Golden Data.
    o Defined the Data Quality organization (actors, roles, responsibilities: data owners, data stewards, control teams) around retirement repositories.
    o Deployed and managed remediation plans: data correction, enrichment, and deduplication actions.

     Implementation of the data strategy and governance
    o Supported CNAV in defining the Data roadmap and the role of MDM as a central repository.
    o Defined the target organization around data (committees, bodies, decision-making processes) in line with business and regulatory requirements.
    o Established an inter-pension fund body to harmonize data management practices between organizations.
    o Defined data management rules and policies (sharing, quality, security, repository usage) to secure the use of Golden Data across the ecosystem.
