Training on document management process for SNCF safety regulations #GED #process

I train 300 agents per year across 3 profiles for 3.5 years (documentation writer, system administrator, document manager)

The specifics of this mission are the construction of the training path and its digitalization.

I design the educational materials, lead the training sessions, and to stay in touch with trainees and build a network, I set up a Yammer community.

- Storytelling workshops as part of training projects (PPE) for continuing education engineering students. By understanding their story and constructing the character they are and want to become, students learn to value their journey.

- Project coaching for engineering students within the framework of their associative life (200 students and 30 projects coached). The main objective is to write a sponsorship file to carry out a project that enhances their soft skills.

- Creativity workshops and facilitation for innovation projects. The facilitator creates the right conditions for solutions to emerge that integrate everyone's perspective.

- Coordination of an artistic team building for general engineering students with a DJ, a HIPHOP dancer, and a children's book illustrator. For engineering students, the artistic environment is a good way to understand how to stimulate creativity in order to innovate.

- Design and delivery of training for SNCF agents in roles of document managers, GED administrators, and prescription text writers. (3 types of trainees – 200 agents trained/year). Document management is an essential safety issue at SNCF. The main challenge is to digitize training to make it accessible and engaging.

Monitoring and coordination of payment projects:

• Project scoping in collaboration with the client and the business owner

• Drafting specifications, needs statements, functional specifications

• Leading team meetings and/or working groups
