I consider myself an enthusiastic person, with the ability and motivation to face challenges, and the problem I have been working on for years is the lack of time, a problem multiplied in the world of SMEs.

Although on a smaller scale, SMEs and freelancers have many of the tasks and responsibilities of a large company, but they do not have the same teams or resources to fulfill them.

Observing them, I have identified many who try to take on too much, do not use efficient procedures or programs or in an efficient way, and do not analyze their data to make decisions. In Spain, an average of 210 days per year are lost due to the company not being digitized, compared to the European average of 120.

Faced with this problem, I have created HumTech Innovations, a consultancy specialized in optimizing company processes, implementing CRM/ERP systems, and analyzing data to make intelligent decisions. Since its inception, I have helped in the digital transformation of SMEs from different sectors and cities in Spain.

Furthermore, I am certified as a Product Owner and as a BPM (Business Process Management) professional, I have training in information management, scientific communication, and Big Data; experience in project management, and I specialize in the odoo ERP/CRM software. I can offer my knowledge as a freelancer or make a team available to the client for IT projects.
