For years, I have been working with international clients (small and medium-sized European companies or consortia), both independently and in collaboration with consulting firms. I help them obtain public funding (European (including Spanish, Austrian...), UK (Innovate UK)) or US, for the development of new products/technologies.

I have written proposals to apply for European funding for projects encompassing all types of technologies; from Robotics, Food Science and Technology, Health, Renewable Energies, Transport, Agriculture, IT, fashion, marketing...etc.

After my scientific training as a Doctor in Food Science and Technology and a degree in Chemical Sciences, I worked at the CSIC in food research, and in the food industry at Kraft Foods - currently Mondelez International -, in new product development.

I have international work experience, being able to communicate in different languages (English, French, German, and Spanish). I have worked not only in research centers or multinationals but also with consultancies and their clients, generally startups, as well as working directly with biotech startups like Arkeon or 3D food printing startups like Natural Machines (Impreen new product/project development.

I am open to working on different innovation projects and/or topics, either by writing project proposals to apply for funding, or by contributing my experience in other areas such as food science and technology or in the development of new products/projects in various fields.
