Miguel needed to redefine the branding of his online Women's Psychology Center, create a narrative, rewrite the copy for the entire website, and find the right positioning strategy. We realized we had to bet on content positioning and tailor the web writing to highlight his value proposition and tell his story. Additionally, we created the persona of 'Serena,' a brand personality that has greatly aided the content strategy. It was truly interesting to work with them on this first step. They needed a social media campaign diffusion consultancy for their support initiatives for dependent individuals during the COVID-19 crisis. As a solution, and after analyzing their social media and exploring other diffusion channels, I helped them structure a campaign based on diffusion through partnerships and supported by social media. Additionally, I provided naming ideas for the campaign, an example campaign structure, and a publication plan.
