• Review and monitoring of client and supplier accounts, invoice control and validation, Development and

Accounting firm and company collaborator (2010 – 2019). Between 2010 and 2019, I worked as a collaborator in an accounting firm and in companies, developing solid experience in accounting, taxation, and reporting within organizations with varied activities, primarily in the real estate, hospitality, property, and service sectors. I worked in recognized firms (In Extenso, Pluriels Conseils, Sadec Akelys, Western Accounting) as well as in companies (Buildinvest, Vincem, Groupe ATAO), which allowed me to acquire a global view of operational and financial challenges.

I managed complex files in real estate development, property, lotissement, acquisition-improvement, and service provision, with a strong focus on specific tax issues, particularly real estate VAT, VAT on distinct sectors, and progress or completion methods. My responsibilities included setting up financial reporting, monitoring inventory, accounting for sales deeds, managing escrow accounts, seller statements, and management or mandate operations.

I performed bank reconciliations, attachment of accounting documents, clearing of suspense accounts, consistency checks of accounts, and maintenance of dematerialized working files. I also produced and controlled monthly reporting, including VAT reconciliations and third-party account justification. In liaison with property and asset managers, I monitored AFUL accounts, guarantee accounts, prorata accounts, fixed assets, and group treasury. Finally, I was responsible for producing tax returns (BIC, IS, SCI), routine tax and social declarations, as well as automating accounting processes through dematerialization and OCR reading tools, contributing to the reliability and optimization of processes.
