For 20 years, I have been supporting large companies and scale-ups such as SNCF, Cegid, Crédit Agricole, and Vinci Autoroutes in successfully completing their strategic projects.

🎯My approach is structured around achieving project objectives.

For example, as part of a ticketing project for SNCF via Conduent, the target was a fleet of innovative gates.

At the beginning of the project, everything had to be built.

➡️18 months later, with my team, we developed the server solution.

➡️Today, this system controls 4,000 gates in the Ile-de-France region and manages 2,000,000 travelers per day with an excellent availability rate.

🎯Another example, as part of a ticketing project for Flytoget via Conduent, the target was a solution using bank cards as a payment method.

We started from scratch at the beginning of the project.

➡️18 months later, the system was EMV L3 certified and is in production in Oslo, Norway.

🎯As part of 4 energy metering/billing projects, the objective was to industrialize the data migration tool from e-gee.

The starting point was a migration tool capable of handling 5,000 meter readings, requiring a large number of manual operations.

➡️18 months later, the data for the 4 new projects have been migrated. Each project has 60,000 meter readings.

➡️The tool is automated, adapts to client data formats, and builds a reporting of migrated data flows.

These 3 projects were planned over 18 months. Other shorter or longer project contexts have allowed me to implement the same approach.

This approach involves identifying project stakeholders, their expectations, and challenging project objectives.
