I am also responsible for process orchestration tools.

As PO and Process Manager, I support entities in the complete lifecycle of processes (from design to implementation via Camunda, and improvement). I manage the process and oversee developments on the web application built for production line activities. I implement process performance monitoring indicators. Finally, I manage the exposure of business data for business intelligence from Business Object and a Dashboard built in Power BI. Management of the migration program to Camunda BPMS Implementation of the migration procedure of instances from the legacy tool to Camunda. Support for process modeling according to best practices Implementation of the organization for process lifecycle management. Implementation of the organization for process testing and auditing. Testing and deployment of processes Implementation of generic Camunda connectors with REST APIs. OTB (Order To Bill) is a web application dedicated to project managers and other stakeholders involved in the "DELIVERY" phase (including invoicing) in Orange Wholesale's complex sales process for services and equipment. Organization of workshops and collection of business needs for the MVP. Definition/update of UX/UI design with the Designer's help. Writing User Stories (US) and managing the backlog to maximize value. Monitoring velocity and Burndown Chart. Organization of the UAT testing campaign. Bug management, Testing / Production. Definition and implementation of Product and Program KPIs. Management of Product documentation.
