'Project' oriented professional, I have been involved in all phases and functions of a decision-making project, both in the upstream stages (needs assessment, scoping study, solution and tool recommendation), implementation (Business Owner and Project Owner, as an expert and as a manager of several international and multi-entity projects) and downstream (long-term support in Application Maintenance Outsourcing mode).

As a Creator and Manager, I had the opportunity to participate in the creation of several centers of expertise – in terms of functional and software offerings as well as teams – to their development and management until maturity.

For 8 years, I have developed complementary expertise in processing ERP data feeds and reporting systems on over 150 projects.

Attentive to any new motivating challenge, I am convinced that I can bring proven experience to projects implementing an accounting integration solution within an entity that is both a user and a consulting/integration partner.
