After more than 15 years as CFO in industrial companies (large international groups), I have been self-employed since 2012 and work as a trainer-consultant, part-time CFO, or transition manager.

I offer SMEs/SMIs support in company management, primarily in the following areas:

- Administrative organization and implementation of management information systems

- Optimization of working capital requirements, credit management.

Specifically, the missions and projects I have recently been involved in include:

- Redesign of the investment process

- Implementation of customer credit limits

- GDPR compliance project

- Transition financial director

- Post-implementation SAP support.

I work regularly in English and have a particularly good understanding of the Franco-German context due to my professional experience in the country and my perfect command of the language.

I also have very strong skills in IFRS standards (IFRS certificate issued by the Order of Chartered Accountants), and this year obtained the part-time CFO label issued by the DFCG.

Having held operational positions as Management Controller and Accounting Manager, I am a hands-on person who believes in close management. As a trainer, I attach great importance to the transmission of best practices and the importance of change management.
