Creation of asset dashboards for the network

(Transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, low-voltage equipment, high-voltage equipment...)

- Design of the R-Shiny solution architecture.

- Development of a generic R-Shiny application capable of automatically generating relevant indicators and graphs based on different asset populations.

- Integration of AI (GPT-4 Turbo) to assist RTE users in R programming and interpretation of obtained indicators.

For a large group in the transport sector (road, maritime, air), managed the program aimed at complying electronic invoicing processes with various government platforms (Portugal, Poland, Romania, France...). Continuous transaction control, e-invoicing, e-reporting, SAF-T, EN16931….

o Study requests and specifications related to e-invoicing / e-reporting from tax authorities (France, Portugal, Poland, India, Malaysia…).

o Qualitatively and quantitatively analyze data used for invoicing (SAP MM/FI/CO/SD/ABO).

o Ensure compliance of management systems and business processes with electronic invoicing standards (EN16931, Extensions, CIUS…).

o Develop the architecture of a system comprising multiple heterogeneous applications (ERP, specific Transport Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Claims Management Systems…).

o Design interfaces between internal management systems and electronic invoicing platforms.

o Manage the project, supervise teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales Admin, CFO) as well as IT teams (application maintenance, architects, security, infrastructure…).

o Deploy e-invoicing/ e-reporting in several countries:

 E-Fatura (SAF-T PT, e-reporting in Portugal).

 ANAF eFactura (EN16931 RO_CIUS e-invoicing in Romania).

 Ksef (e-invoicing in Poland). In progress.

 IRBM MyInvois (e-invoicing in Malaysia).

 IRP e-invoicing (e-invoicing in India).

 DGFIP PPF (EN16931 EXTENDED-CTC-FR, e-invoicing & e-reporting in France). In progress.

For a large group in the water and waste treatment sectors, project manager for the needs assessment mission as part of an electronic invoicing process compliance program in response to the e-Invoicing and e-reporting law, planned for 2024 – 2026 (postponed to 2026).

o Conduct a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data used for invoicing, with a particular focus on master data.

o Implement a global method to identify the impacts of implementing e-invoicing and e-reporting across all group businesses.

o Identify different business cases: VAT exemption, internal self-billing, intra-community self-billing, export, divergent payments, adjustment operations (credit note, global credit note, internal credit note, corrective invoice…), advances, down payments, warranty deposits and retention, subcontracting and co-contracting, mandates, payment methods and means, commercial relationships, item lines, communication channel, intercompany invoices, invoices outside the scope, etc.

o For each business case, analyze the discrepancies between the current invoicing systems, the EN16931 EXTENDED-CTC-FR standard, and the processes to be implemented as part of the reform.
