I support an interdisciplinary infrastructure team at Swisscom that plans, designs, and implements Switzerland's network infrastructure – both as a critical backbone internally and in the B2B solution business for corporate customers (Service Fulfillment & Resource Fulfillment, End-to-End).

In my dual role, I combine technical depth with a modern leadership approach: As a Team Coach, I develop self-organizing, responsible teams in a SAFe environment. As a Network Engineer, I bring extensive knowledge in fiber optics, LWL (optical fiber), and network infrastructure.

Additionally, I act as Scrum Master and Security Champion within the team.

As a Network Engineer, I am responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure in the Value Stream Basic Infrastructure at Swisscom – for both the internal backbone and for B2B corporate customers in the solution business.

My focus is on the technical implementation of complex infrastructure projects in the areas of fiber optics, LWL (optical fiber), and optical transmission. I work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, combining technical engineering and structured project management.

As a Security Champion in the team, I also take responsibility for security culture and standards at the team level.
