Because "The cash culture in a company is acquired when the purpose of cash collection is everyone's business", I describe myself as a "Cash Flow Optimizer for SMEs" and a credit manager.

Also because an expert in treasury management can be hired on a one-off or part-time basis, I will be your "interim treasurer". I am particularly familiar with treasury management on the KYRIBA software with or without EBICS TS.

A skill that I gladly combine with the role of credit manager because, for me, liquidity risk management goes hand in hand with solvency risk management.

I am therefore a Consultant and advisor in treasury management-optimization, in customer and supplier risk management, liquidity, and debt collection for companies. Through my experience, I can manage the entire treasury function as well as that of credit manager, including relationships with banks, customer credit insurers, financial analysis firms... My areas of expertise include: diagnostics of the "order to cash" process to improve cash flow using in-house matrices, optimization and security of treasury processes, improvement of working capital requirements, legal monitoring (GTC, GDPR...). Support for growth (investments...) and/or change (implementation of new management tools, performance indicators, calls for tenders...).

Holding a University Diploma in consulting with a specialization in training and advising executives, I also provide tailor-made training in management, treasury, customer credit, accounting, and management control.

I can assist you as a consultant, an interim treasurer, but also through part-time work (because not everyone can afford a full-time treasurer or credit manager), or as a trainer.
