Feasibility analysis of a semantic matching system. ○ Management of the development of a real estate tokenization application (€3M worth of assets), with AMF/ACPR compliance (KYC, Escrow, Cybersecurity), AI chatbot to inform and guide visitors and investors.

○ For the Metropolises of Bordeaux and Perpignan, management of the development and implementation of a custom software application in the logistics sector, with data migration and IT system integration. Agile management of a team of 5 to 10 people including developers, devops, business analysts / QA / Functional Project Manager, Delivery Manager / Scrum Master.

■ Study of the organizational context, planning with onboarding of a new development team, implementation of Agile best practices to streamline, materialize remaining features, and enable production launch.

■ Project management with global planning, deadlines, costs, versioning (Development of fine monitoring under Ms Project providing management with a real and global and detailed forecast view across several analytical axes).
