I developed HNTZ from scratch, without an existing structure, without a team, without a template. The starting point was a very specific problem: breeders make decisions based on complex data but often work with unstructured notes.

Instead of just building an app, I thought about the entire system. Which data is truly decision-relevant. At which stage is it collected. How can observation and assessment be cleanly separated. This resulted in a mobile-first application that doesn't document, but prepares decisions.

I implemented product strategy, UX, interface, data structure, and frontend myself. This allowed me to iterate quickly and continuously adapt the system to real-world usage. The focus was never on features, but on clarity in the process.

The result is not a tool in the classic sense, but a work instrument for people who need to make precise decisions. This is exactly the context in which I work best: when complexity needs to be reduced without losing it.
