About Pascal

After more than 15 years in supply chain management in various environments — multinationals like Nestlé, Heineken or William Grant & Sons, but also mid-sized companies and more atypical structures like the Centre des Monuments Nationaux — and more recently at SITPA where I managed the post-Nestlé supply chain separation, I launched a consulting and outsourced supply chain management business.
What sets me apart is a rare dual expertise: I have an end-to-end vision of the supply chain, from demand planning to customer delivery — S&OP, procurement, supplier performance — and I am also a functional SAP administrator and ERP project manager, so I can be involved in structuring an organization as well as implementing the tools that run it.
Concretely, I intervene in three formats: part-time supply chain management for SMEs that do not need a full-time director, interim management for replacement situations
