Creation of a group real estate department – Capex FY18 proposed €35 million, 40 sites in 17 countries. Structuring and recruitment to implement an ambitious policy for project and cost control. Creation of a real estate portfolio analysis framework – development of powerful analysis tools consolidating all sites. Providing insights for medium-term land acquisitions – decision support for group real estate strategy. Change management – implementation of flex-office spaces (improved working relationships, etc.).
