Responsible for monitoring the medical visit charter with the networks (creation of the Ethics module of the Charter for the Company)

Control and validation of expense reports, and commercial activity for 100 – 200 Sales Representatives

Responsible for hospital markets – wholesaler relations

Monitoring and management of the department's budget (3 million euros)

Supervision of a team of 6-12 network administration assistants

Supervision of a call center (10 commercial assistants) order taking, stock management - relationship with the factory

Training of medical representatives on new computerized management tools and administrative procedures (certification, RP Charter, DMOS software, etc…)
