Ensure the continuity of activities and the functioning of the center until the recruitment of a director by the association. Improve and structure the modalities for resident participation in the governance and projects of the social center, develop and share relevant decision-making tools to enable the association to be steered by its residents, and more broadly, to promote citizenship.

Support and structure the association's governance, both in the political ownership of the project and in the exercise of the employer function.

Support the association in articulating its local social animation project with the territory's social project within the dedicated institutional frameworks.
