Management of specification phases in relation to the various IT departments concerned. Monitoring the purchasing phase, negotiation with suppliers. Management of IT implementation phases and on-site equipment installation. Participation in drafting the CNIL file on business process and IT aspects. Management of operational and contractual relations with airlines for their participation in this project. Monitoring relations with the VINCI Airports group.
