France Médias Monde (FMM) is the French public audiovisual group dedicated to broadcasting French information and culture internationally. Bringing together France 24 (a 24-hour news channel broadcast in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish), RFI (Radio France Internationale, available in 16 languages), RFI Pure Radio (available in 16 languages), and MCD (Monte Carlo Doualiya, an Arabic-language radio station), FMM is a key player in global communication.

I participate as an Automated QA Tester to ensure the quality of the mobile application - France 24, RFI, Pure Radio, and MCD

- Implementation and automation of mobile test scenarios with Maestro on France 24 and Pure Radio (Android mobile, tablet, and TV & iOS - iPhone and iPad)

- Execution of mobile tests on different versions of Android & iOS to guarantee the quality and reliability of the applications

- Collaboration with product and development teams to accelerate delivery cycles while respecting quality objectives

- Testing before production release (functional testing and non-regression testing)

- Participation in Agile rituals

- Coordination with other QAs, POs, and/or lead developers to prepare test phases during groomings, review of user stories (planning, resources, test coverage…)

- Testing connections with Apple Sign IN / Google Sign IN / Facebook Sign IN on multiple devices

- Execution of test scenarios on different devices: Roku / Smart TV (Samsung, LG, and Hisense) / tvOS / Android TV / Fire TV / iOS / Android

- Writing test plans and test cases on TestRail

- Reporting identified bugs during various testing phases and tracking anomalies

- Working in close collaboration with the PO for acceptance test review

- Installation and configuration of Charles Proxy on multiple devices

- Training junior QAs

- Regular collaboration and communication in English with the QA team located in the US

- Skill development in Android test automation on App Unified Platform (WDIO 8 Framework, Type Script, Appium, Gherkin, etc.) Environment: Agile Method, WebDriver IO Framework, TestRail, Gherkin Language, Typescript, Appium, Webdriver IO, Selenium, Android Studio, Postman, Charles Proxy, JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite

- Reporting to various stakeholders before each production deployment

- Testing Subscriptions via payment with IAP Apple for iOS devices / IAP Google for Android devices / IAP Amazon for Amazon devices / PayPal / Molotov Pay with Adyen / 3D secure testing

- Testing various eligible features with Freemium and Premium accounts

- Testing monthly subscriptions with or without TBCC and annual subscriptions on multiple devices

- Testing connections with Apple Sign IN / Google Sign IN / Facebook Sign IN on multiple devices

- Participation in feature co-design workshops with PM/devs

- Participation in Non-Regression Tests (NRT) followed by GO/No GO meetings before production release

- Reporting identified bugs during various testing phases and tracking anomalies across QA/DEV/PROD environments

- TRACKING: Testing events via platforms like Amplitude

- Writing acceptance criteria with 3 amigos

- Using Gherkin for writing test cases

- Writing test plans and test cases on Cucumber Studio

- Execution of test scenarios on different devices: Smart TV (Samsung, LG, and Hisense) / tvOS / Android TV / Fire TV / iOS / Android / Web
