Within the ANEF program, I am involved in the estimation and execution of acceptance testing, as well as monitoring anomalies via JIRA. I also used Mongo Express to perform queries. My work is cross-functional, in collaboration with several teams: Sopra Steria, Accenture, Capgemini (Paris and Bordeaux), as well as the architecture, production, and deployment teams. I analyze DCFs and User Stories to design acceptance test documents for manual and automated tests. I also performed Web Services API tests via Postman, as well as end-to-end tests.

Deployment of omnichannel solutions (Telephony, Chat, messages, ...) within AXA France

• Design of an IT and business acceptance strategy for each deployment and evolution

• Preparation of business test sessions at each phase of business acceptance

• Accompany and manage business acceptance
