I am Pape Mar, a FullStack Developer, passionate about my profession.

For 8 years now, I have been helping my clients achieve their projects. I bring them a fresh, curious perspective that values industry standards and best practices.

My experience has led me to work in very small teams (2 developers) as well as larger teams, up to 6 developers.

I have thus experienced agility at different scales, from Kanban to Safe, as well as more classic agility for smaller teams.

For several years, I have also had the pleasure of developing in my personal time one of the first 100% digital bus ticket sales applications in Africa, integrating client environments and various local payment methods, with each country having its specificities.

These different projects have allowed me to develop solid skills, primarily in Java/Kotlin, which are at the core of my work, complemented by a deep knowledge of the Spring ecosystem.

Developing an application independently has also enabled me to acquire skills in DevOPS, front-end development in general (Angular, Android, and Swift), and above all, to be fully responsible for the quality of deliverables.

I am therefore a developer capable of great autonomy, while also knowing how to work in a team and be proactive.
