• Configure and parameterize equipment: CPE, PE, P and Switches. Validation of CPE, PE, SWAG equipment and L2 service tests with RAD and L3 service tests with Oneaccess, Huawei, Nokia, and Cisco.

• Configure OSPF, BGP routing protocols.

• L2 service testing on PE in point-to-point mode (XCO) and Any to Any mode.

• Analyze malfunctions, create anomaly tickets, report bugs, and follow up with equipment manufacturers within the announced validation schedule.

• Write test reports based on test results.

• Contribute to the creation and updating of documentation: test plans, validation reports, mock-up diagrams, bug tracking.

• Report on the progress of integration/validation tasks and participate in project groups and manage the resolution of any reservations.

• Prepare/Supervise the activities of supervisors, responsible for real-time operation of Telecom infrastructures and networks (private and operated) carrying GRTgaz business services.

• Perform N2 N3 administration on equipment and infrastructures.

• Perform complex N2 N3 analyses under on-call duty and in support of real-time teams, during crisis management or in anticipation of events.

• Analyze the evolution needs of existing networks, formalize recommendations, and implement them after validation.

• Monitor technological evolutions related to the network domain to better anticipate necessary changes and optimize network architectures.

• Administration of GRTgaz's LAN and TWAN (tertiary), IWAN (industrial) infrastructure.

• Propose solutions that address client issues.

• Contribute to the design phases carried out by architects.

• Contribute to the operability and feasibility of solutions proposed during the design phases.

• Provide expertise on solution deployment, customization, and tool configuration.

• Analyze network or security incidents on N3 escalations.

• Manage the resolution of network or security problems.

• Implementing and improving infrastructure operation processes involving different teams.
