At Doctolib, I contributed to structuring the end-to-end experience for healthcare professionals, in data-rich environments with high business stakes.

My role was to transform complex business problems into clear, actionable, and measurable solutions.

I was able to build a clear collaboration framework between Product, Design, and Engineering and structure work rituals and iteration cycles, establish a culture of alignment around user issues, clarify responsibilities and expected quality.

In close partnership with the Product and Engineering teams, I participated in defining roadmaps and prioritizing structural projects, integrating UX metrics into decision-making.

For me, a good product is not just based on good screens, but on healthy and structured collaboration between PM, Design, and Tech. This is often where true product quality is achieved.

I contributed to the continuous improvement of the experience by relying on the analysis of usage data, qualitative user feedback, tests, and rapid iterations.

Design decisions were systematically linked to adoption, efficiency, or operational performance objectives.

I also led the redesign and structuring of the new practitioner onboarding, with the aim of facilitating adoption, clarifying value from the first interactions, and reducing activation friction.

This work involved a systemic vision: understanding business constraints, strategic alignment, and cross-functional management.
