Since finishing my studies, I have been working in the ERP software distribution sector, both in its maintenance and in training our clients on the different systems. I have led a technical support team and coordinated installations and projects in various sectors such as Phytosanitary products or online product distribution.

During this time, I have also provided support to companies in different IT services, from specialized server administration/distribution to equipment maintenance, both at the hardware and software level, taking care of security (antivirus, firewall, networks...), managing cloud backup systems (Acronis) and even email and hosting servers.

I am familiar with programming environments and have worked closely with programming teams on complex projects. I have knowledge of databases and programming languages, which facilitates communication between both parties. I have developed in Report Builder, Fast Report, and other report designers.
