Biostatistician with a doctorate in biology, I have worked on projects related to health, the environment, and ecology.
I am not looking to simply analyze your data but to support you in addressing the right questions, applying correct methods, and thus extracting rigorous and statistically robust results.
I am accustomed to complementing my analyses with a panel of graphical visualizations to highlight the key points of your results. I accompany each of my studies with a methodological report of the steps I have taken.
- I use R for the majority of my statistical analyses (linear models, GLM, mixed models, GEE, GAM...)
- I mainly use Python for data management (extraction, cleaning, automation, feature engineering) and visualization (seaborn/plotly for interactive dashboards). I also prefer using it for my predictive machine learning tests (classification or regression problems).
- I am French, but I have worked with international colleagues for most of my career. I am used to reading, writing, and speaking English at work.
