I have acquired solid experience in professional cooking's basic techniques, including cutting, peeling, cooking, seasoning, and plating.

I ensure the neat and aesthetic presentation of each plate to offer a complete culinary experience to the clients.

Rigorous and organized, I efficiently manage my station in the kitchen, while respecting food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). I am capable of working quickly and effectively under pressure, especially during busy services, while maintaining quality and precision in every preparation.
