Telecommunications Group headed by Parlem Telecom Companyia de Telecomunicaciones, S.A., listed on BME Growth, with a presence in Catalonia, Valencian Community, and Galicia through different brands. Member of the Management Committee, responsible for the Group's financial and legal area, leading a team of 15 people. Primarily focused on improving reporting, treasury management, and leading the implementation of accounting process improvements.

Industrial group headed by an engineering company (Btech S.L.) in the automotive sector that acquired the rights to the Ebro brand and the ownership of the former Nissan factory in Barcelona (Hub Tech Factory, S.L.). As a member of the Board of Directors of the parent company (EV MOTORS, S.A.) and two investee companies (EBRO Urban Vans, S.L. and Hub Tech Factory, S.L.), I was responsible for the Group's financial and legal area, leading a team of 12 people. During this time, I led the IPO project and the first funding round, as well as implementing the first financial statements audit in the group, necessary for its IPO.

Board member of the company managing the former Nissan factory in the Zona Franca, within the EV Motors Group. As a member of the Board of Directors, we managed the factory's preparation to host industrial activity and the search for financing.
