The first project was to implement an onboarding process to accelerate user arrival at the AHA moment. Then we focused on the clarity and ease of use of the application, optimizing the main dashboard and highlighting certain features based on user type. The implementation and optimization of onboarding led to a fivefold increase in users reaching the AHA moment (and thus an increase in subscriptions).
