I am a Senior Quality & Supplier Management Consultant with extensive experience in automotive and industrial environments. I support companies in stabilizing quality and supplier processes, especially in critical situations such as customer complaints, escalations and delivery risks.

My focus in Supplier Quality Management, complaint and escalation management, as well as the review and steering of 8D and CAPA measures according to OEM standards. I work closely with suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable corrective actions and measurable quality improvements.

In addition, I support companies with quality KPI and performance analysis (PPM, trends, management reporting) to create transparency and enable fact-based decisions. My approach is pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented, with a clear focus on process stability and cost reduction.

I am available for remote or hybrid assignments across Europe and Switzerland, including project-based and interim support in escalation or transition phases.
