As part of the strong growth of electric battery prototyping and pre-series activities at ACC, I act as the PLM pilot referent to ensure the development and standardization of business processes on the TEAMCENTER PLM tool and thus contribute to the convergence between the needs expressed by the various departments and the Teamcenter tool roadmaps. Tasks performed

• Participate in the deployment of new functionalities on Teamcenter.

• Contribute to the analysis of business needs, and participate in scoping workshops.

• Participate in the collection and formalization of evolution and modification requirements.

• Participate in the drafting of evolution specifications (user stories) and monitor their lifecycle.

• Support solution acceptance (UAT testing).

• Report technical difficulties and anomalies/bugs and propose improvement solutions.

• Participate in the structuring of data governance.

• Consolidate the link with other IT tools (MES, ERP, CMMS, etc.) to ensure digital continuity in business processes and guarantee a transverse vision.

• Ensure contractual relations with various internal/external stakeholders.

• Formalize product, process, and packaging technical data (MBOM, BOE, and BOP).

• Manage PLM deliverables (MBOM, BOP, BOE) respecting the project schedule and in collaboration with the relevant departments (engineering, product, process, and quality).

• Train and advise key users on the use of PLM Teamcenter according to their needs.

• Prepare exhaustive data documentation for each industrial site (Proto line, Pilot line, Gigafactories) and write training materials.

• Formalize feedback and lessons learned on PLM to bring continuous improvement to PLM processes and functionalities.

Tasks performed

• Contribute to the development of new products to consider their manufacturing and ensure their manufacturability according to the different development phases (especially from the prototype phases).

• Ensure the definition, implementation, and optimization of production processes and tooling.

• Guarantee the feasibility and reproducibility of manufactured items.

• Write operating procedures, technical notices, instruction sheets, and first-level control sheets for production.

• Contribute to the development of target costs as early as possible in the process and ensure they are met.

• Ensure production launch and be responsive in providing technical support to users.

• Contribute to the capitalization and feedback from production lines.

• Propose improvements based on feedback, participate in transverse continuous improvement actions.

PLM Teamcenter project:

o Ensure monitoring and coordination with internal (R&D and IS) and external teams regarding the adequacy of the proposed solution with site specifications, regulations, and group standards.

o Perform acceptance tests following the deployment of new functionalities.

o Study and propose improvements and upgrades to the solution according to internal constraints.

o Collect, analyze, consolidate, and arbitrate evolution requests.

o Ensure the relevance and robustness of technical data to be integrated into the system.

o Lead the training of stakeholders and end-users and ensure project documentation follow-up.

o Lead daily management of technical data and product modification requests (ECR, ECN).

SAP migration project:

o Participate in the development of technical feasibility and financial impact studies.

o Ensure coordination and communication between internal business teams and external IS consultants during the identification and final selection phase of the business scenario.

o Lead data mapping and management between the old ERP and SAP and ensure the conformity of validation tests of the scripts.

o Coordinate end-user training and ensure documentation follow-up.

o Handle anomaly resolution and implement necessary improvements during go-live.

o Lead daily management of master and technical data in SAP, such as master data, bills of materials, routing, costing, and change management.

Implementation of Dimo Maint (CMMS):

o Design the specifications based on site needs and considering various constraints.

o Lead service provider consultations and offer selection, as well as the drafting and submission of the CAPEX economic file for approval.

o Manage all solution fine-tuning operations, data migration, and training.
